BuiltWith Pty Ltd is a proprietary limited company organized under the laws of Australia. BuiltWith Pty Ltd is wholly owned by Brewer Investment Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for The Brewer Family Trust.
BuiltWith Pty Ltd operations are entirely online, selling a SaaS technology product for lead generation and internet research to customers located globally. It's supply chain consists of it's employees working in Sydney, Australia; professional advisors who assist in legal and financial responsibilities and other internet vendors and suppliers that assist with BuiltWith Pty Ltd's operations.
We are committed to upholding ethical practices and mutually beneficial partnerships with our suppliers and vendors. In line with this commitment, we actively seek to collaborate with companies that adhere to the highest standards of legality and ethical conduct. To ensure compliance, wherever possible, BuiltWith Pty Ltd requests contractual commitments from our suppliers and vendors to strictly adhere to all relevant laws. These laws include, but are not limited to, anti-forced labor, anti-slavery, anti-discrimination, and anti-harassment laws.
Considering our business model, BuiltWith Pty Ltd recognizes that our exposure to the risk of modern slavery is minimal. Unlike businesses with complex supply chains, multiple tiers of contractors or subcontractors, or vendor relationships with large manufacturing entities where modern slavery concerns have emerged, our operations are more streamlined. Moreover, we employ centralized systems and methods to contract with our suppliers, ensuring effective management and supervision. This approach further reinforces our commitment to mitigating the potential risks associated with modern slavery.
